Hotel Astoria Salzburg

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, especially in directing me about the bus transportation in the city. The hotel's location just outside the main center was perfect for me, as it provided a quieter atmosphere while still being easily accessible to the main attractions. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the cleanliness of the room was great, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This hotel is located in the Maxglan area of Salzburg, which is a beautiful residential neighborhood. It's conveniently next to a supermarket, making it easy to grab any necessities during your stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and the sleek bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room, which offered a lovely view of the surrounding area. The breakfast, included in the price, was impressive with a variety of options, including hot made to order eggs and delicious breads.

All was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of the old town. We loved being close to all the tourist attractions, yet still having a peaceful and quiet place to rest. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options to choose from.

That the Wi-Fi was not accessible in the rooms, but we were able to use the computer in the common area.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and popular attractions. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a variety of options to suit our tastes.

There were a few aspects that left us disappointed. the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, especially during the hot weather.

I had a wonderful stay at a small hotel near the airport and just a short walk from the city. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with updated furnishings. The breakfast provided more than enough options to start my day. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the nearby Brauwelt - Stiegl. The hotel staff were cute and were really nice too make me feel at home. They even organized a doctor's visit for me when I fell ill and stored my breakfast for my return. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the old town, with a frequent bus service available. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and excellent facilities.

The room I stayed in was noisy and the decor seemed outdated and worn.
